This website is operated by Adventure Works, LLC (“Adventure Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Adventure Works offers this website, including all information, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”) available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website; your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
• Steam® and VALVE™ are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Our site embeds a Steam “Add to Wishlist” widget supplied by Valve. Use of that widget is governed by Valve’s own terms and privacy policy; Adventure Works is not responsible for Valve’s services or any data they collect.
• By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you are such age and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws (including copyright laws) in your jurisdiction.
• You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of any Term results in immediate termination of your access to the Service.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit-card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Credit-card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Reliance on the material is at your own risk.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, SERVICES & REFUNDS (INCLUDING STEAM WIDGET)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. Quantities may be limited. We have made every effort to display product images and colours accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display. We may limit sales, change prices, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – **ALL SALES FINAL**
All sales are final. Adventure Works does **not** offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any physical or digital products, except where required by applicable law (e.g., if an item arrives damaged or defective). If you receive a defective product, contact us within **14 days** of delivery at support@adventure.works with your order number, description, and photos (if applicable). We will review each claim in good faith and comply with mandatory consumer-protection laws.
The Steam wishlist widget is provided for convenience. Adventure Works does not sell software licenses through the widget, and any subsequent purchase you make on Steam is solely between you and Valve Corporation.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order. Restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. In the event we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to keep such information up to date.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control. You acknowledge that we provide access “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us, including the embedded Steam widget loading content from store.steampowered.com (Valve Corporation). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content and will not have any liability relating to third-party websites.

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, or other materials (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use them. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

In no case shall Adventure Works or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adventure Works and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.
SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
These Terms are effective unless terminated by either you or us. We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
